PART-TIME FRONT OF HOUSE RECEPTIONIST

We’re looking for a vibrant, bubbly and highly organised individual to become the welcoming face of Fierce Wellness.
This is much more than a traditional receptionist role. We’re looking for someone who will become a valued part of our team - someone proactive, dependable and genuinely passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.
This is initially a part-time position, with the hope and opportunity for the role to develop into a full-time position as Fierce Wellness continues to grow.
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable
- Managing bookings, rescheduling appointments and maintaining an organised diary
- Speaking confidently and professionally with clients over the phone
- Responding to emails, messages and enquiries
- Assisting walk-in clients with treatment and product questions
- Taking payments and supporting the smooth running of reception
- Helping with social media, content ideas and content planning
- Supporting promotions, events and general clinic administration
- Working closely with the wider Fierce Wellness team
- Helping to maintain our high standards of presentation and client care

Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, beauty or wellness would be beneficial. However, personality, reliability, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in the beauty and wellness industry are equally important to us.

POSITION DETAILS
Position: Part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role
Location: Fierce Wellness, Ingatestone, Essex
Hours: Thursday, Friday & Saturdays
Salary: £12.71ph + Product sale commission
