Location: Mortec Park, York Road, Leeds (Hybrid – 1 day WFH, 4 days in office)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Account Manager, loves organisation as much as creativity, and most importantly matches our culture of positivity, honesty and reliability. MUST have social media marketing experience.
You’ll manage social media accounts for a range of clients, bringing ideas to life, building strong relationships, and helping brands grow through thoughtful, engaging content.
This is a hybrid role based at our Leeds office, working closely with an enthusiastic, fresh and passionate team who genuinely care about what they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and growing client social media accounts across multiple platforms
- Planning, creating and scheduling engaging content
- Email campaign creation & design
- Lead a team of 3-4 people
- SEO & blog writing
- Monitoring performance and reporting on results
- Communicating confidently with clients and the internal team
- Keeping projects organised, on track and delivered on time (working with videographers, paid ads & web team)
- Staying ahead of social trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table
