Location: Droitwich (WR9)
Position: Temp-to-Perm / Ongoing
Shift Pattern: 4 or 5 shifts out of 7 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday are essential; other days are flexible!)
Start Times: AM (04:00 – 04:30) or PM (16:00 – 16:30)
Operating out of our Droitwich depot, you will be responsible for collecting bulk milk directly from farms using Class 1 tankers.
Operating Class 1 milk tankers safely.
Collecting bulk milk from farms and delivering to RDCs / dairies.
Coupling/uncoupling hoses and managing the pumping process (training provided).
Conducting thorough pre- and post-journey vehicle checks.
Adhering strictly to WTD and EU driving regulations.
Only a 30-minute break deducted per shift.
We are looking for reliable, professional drivers who are comfortable navigating rural routes for farm collections.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months Class 1 (Cat C+E) driving experience in the UK (tanker experience is an advantage, but not strictly required as training is given).
Qualifications: Valid UK Driving Licence (Cat C+E), Digi Tacho, and DQC/CPC Card.
Licence Standing: No more than 6 points for minor offences (no DD/DR/IN active codes).
Communication: Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Availability: Must be able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (remaining days are flexible to suit you).
No Pushing or Pulling: Purely tanker-based farm collections—no cages, heavy lifting, or store deliveries.
