We are a modern Cafe, located in Brent Knoll serving fresh homemade food and are looking for an experienced Cook / Chef to join our existing team.
Duties / Responsibilities:
*Cook under pressure to a high standard
*Plate and present dishes in the required manner
*Understand and implement portion control
Skills / Experience:
*Ability to remain calm under pressure
*Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
*Basic food hygiene certificate
*Previous experience in a similar role
Shifts will be 8:00/9:00 till 15:00/ 15:30 across 5 days. There might be some occasions shifts need to start at 07:30. There will be no evenings or split shifts, however weekends will be a requirement.
This is a permanent position.
