We are looking for a Cluster Reservation Agent to join our Reservation team at the Starhotels London.

Your Role & What We Need From You
The Reservation Agent plays a crucial part in our success.
As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for handling guest reservations across our luxury hotels, ensuring every booking is managed efficiently and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as the first point of contact for guests, providing information about hotel services, room availability, rates, and special offers. The role is key to maximizing revenue opportunities, maintaining reservation standards, and creating a seamless booking experience that reflects the high level of hospitality synonymous with our luxury properties.
Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in reservations, front office, guest services, or a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and inquiries efficiently.
- Experience with hotel reservation systems such as Opera PMS or similar property management systems is highly desirable.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest requests and reservation amendments professionally.
