Steward / Stewardess – Windermere Social Club
Full-Time Live-In Position
Windermere Social Club is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Steward/Stewardess to manage the day-to-day running of our friendly and well-established members’ club.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual or couple looking to become part of the local community.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the daily operation of the club.
* Providing excellent customer service to members and guests.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Stock control and cellar management.
* Supervising staff where required.
* Ensuring compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations.
* Organising and supporting club events and entertainment.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ previous experience in a licensed hospitality or club environment.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
* A Personal Licence is preferred, although applicants willing to obtain one will also be considered.
