Job Summary
We're looking for an organised, personable Assistant Block Manager to support our property management team in delivering a high standard of service across our residential leasehold portfolio. You'll work closely with Property Managers to keep buildings running smoothly, leaseholders informed, and compliance on track.

Duties
- Assist with the day-to-day management of residential blocks.
- Respond to leaseholder and resident enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Arrange repairs and maintenance and liaise with contractors.
- Obtain quotations, issue work instructions and monitor works through to completion.
- Assist with service charge budgets and expenditure monitoring.
- Support Section 20 consultation processes and major works projects.
- Assist with fire safety, health & safety and other property compliance requirements.
- Carry out site inspections and follow up on identified actions.
- Liaise with freeholders, leaseholders, contractors and professional consultants.
- Maintain accurate property records, correspondence and compliance documentation.
Requirement
- Previous block property management experience is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Confident dealing with residents, contractors and clients.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of residential block management .
- Willingness to learn relevant landlord & tenant legislation and industry requirements.
Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
