Key Responsibilities
As a Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll for all employees.
- Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
- Managing employee records, including tax forms and bank details.
- Handling payroll queries and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Preparing and submitting payroll reports to management.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in payroll processing (weekly and monthly).
- Proficiency with Sage payroll software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
