We are currently partnering with a Top Tier Legal 500 law firm seeking an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor / Lawyer to join their well-established and expanding team in West Bromwich.

The Role
You will manage a varied and engaging caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- Lease extensions
- Report on title
You will have full responsibility for your caseload from instruction through to completion, with appropriate administrative and team support.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Keen to contribute to a growing and dynamic team
