Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tyre Fitter to join our team. Responsibilities
- Remove and replace tyres on different types of vehicles using appropriate hand and power tools
- Conduct tyre repairs, including patching and sealing punctures
- Perform wheel balancing and alignment procedures to ensure optimal vehicle performance
- Inspect tyres for signs of wear, damage, or defects and advise customers accordingly
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Carry out routine maintenance on equipment used for tyre fitting procedures
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with tyres or related components
Experience
- Previous experience in tyre fitting or automotive maintenance is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Good customer service skills to assist clients effectively during their visit
