Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable long distance Class 1 Artic driver to join our small family owned business which has been operating for over 40 years. Involves varied work throughout the UK. There are many nights away, but usually home on a Friday and returning to work either Sunday or Monday. Applicant must live within a commutable distance of our yard in Aberuthven, Perthshire, where the lorry is based and will return to every weekend. Applicant must have full driving licence, digi card and CPC. The ideal candidate will possess experience in commercial driving and demonstrate a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Full C + E UK Licence
- Current drivers card and CPC
- Live within a commutable distance of our yard in Aberuthven
- Proven experience as a delivery driver
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for transporting goods.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading cargo.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

Pay: £40,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
