Our Perth branch is looking for a proactive, customer-focused team member to build long-term relationships and support our local trade customers.
The Role
As an Internal Customer Service & Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our independent retailer accounts. This is not just a desk job; it is an active role focused on understanding our customers' businesses, spotting growth opportunities, and delivering unmatched service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with independent retailers to understand their product needs and assist them in growing their business.
- Opportunity Spotting: Proactively suggest complementary lines, promotions, and new product offerings tailored to individual accounts.
- Order Processing & Account Management: Accurately enter and manage customer orders from placement through to dispatch.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve delivery and stock queries efficiently, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Sales Team Support: Work collaboratively with external sales staff by handling incoming trade enquiries and providing back-office support.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 2:30pm (Early finish for the weekend!)
Who We Are Looking For

- Sales & Account Experience: Previous experience in sales or account management is an advantage, but strong interpersonal skills are essential.
