About the Role
We're seeking a professional with hospitality experience for our bar and restaurant operations. This position is ideal for someone looking for evening work in a lively environment.
Hours:
- 40 to 42.50 hours per week
- Evening shifts: 5:00pm – 1.30am
- 5 nights per week
Key Responsibilities
- front-of-house and bar service
- Supervise and support service staff
- Handle tills and complete end-of-day cash-up
- Oversee stock levels and ordering
- Ensure smooth, professional nightly operations
