That's where you come in.
You'll support our Insight team by administering our Performance Management systems, keeping them up to date and delivering training on its use. You will also be working with our colleagues and the business to collate data from external sources and across the Group, ensuring its accuracy and producing reports for senior leaders and Directors.
With this data, the business can continue to make decisions that take Abri from strength so strength and change how we do things. In support of the Insight Team’s success, you’ll also perform a number of administrative tasks, including the raising and management of Purchase Orders, organising meetings and travel, managing our document review cycle, and other duties. Remember, we don't want to do things how they've always been done, we want to do them even better!
We're looking for someone who:

Has a keep eye for detail, is proactive, organised and with strong administrative skills

Is confident using Excel and the Microsoft suite of tools

Loves analysing and understanding data, with a strong numerical and analytical background.

Has excellent communication skills and the ability to identify stakeholder needs and ensure your outputs meet them.
