Our beautiful Sutton on Sea site brings our signature specialty coffee experience right to the coast. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House Team Members to join our team and help us make every customer's visit special.
The Role: What You’ll Do
As a member of our Front of House team, you are the face of Seven Districts. You’ll be the first person our customers see, greeting them with a smile, helping them choose their food and drinks, and keeping the café looking beautiful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome & Serve: Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to our locals and visitors.
- Deliver Quality: Serve delicious local cakes, bakes, and food items to our high standards.
- Coffee Support: Assist with coffee preparation (we will provide full training so you can confidently craft great drinks!).
- Keep It Sparkling: Maintain high standards of cleanliness on the shop floor, behind the counter, and in the seating areas.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the kitchen team and your shift manager to keep things running smoothly, even when it gets busy.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of specialty coffee experience to join us—we can teach you how to make great coffee. What we cannot teach is a great attitude!
- Personality: Warm, outgoing, and genuinely loves chatting with people.
- Energy: Proactive and comfortable on your feet in a bustling, fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Supportive, reliable, and always ready to muck in and help your teammates.
- Passion: An interest in great food, local produce, and (ideally!) specialty coffee.
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, as that's when our coastal shop is at its liveliest.
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
