Practice Manager Required – Glenrothes
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join a busy and growing dental practice in Glenrothes.
We are seeking a strong leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, supporting teams, and driving practice performance.
Essential Requirements
- Must hold a valid GDC registration
- Previous dental practice management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience with Dentally software is advantageous
- Good understanding of NHS and private dental practice operations
- Commitment to compliance, patient care, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the practice
- Lead and support clinical and administrative teams
- Ensure an excellent patient experience
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
- Maintain compliance with GDC, NHS, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor KPIs, performance, and business growth objectives
- Implement efficient systems and operational processes
- Support marketing and patient engagement initiatives
