General Manager — New Restaurant Opening
We’re opening the doors to something fresh, bold, and full of energy, and we’re looking for a General Manager who can turn a new venue into the kind of place people can’t stop talking about. This is a launch role for someone who loves the buzz of a new opening, knows how to build a high-performing team, and thrives when every day feels different.
You’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant, leading from the front, setting the tone, and making sure the guest experience is sharp, smooth, and memorable from day one. From pre-opening planning to opening night excitement and beyond, you’ll be the person who brings the vision to life.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the full restaurant operation with energy, ownership, and style.
- Building and inspiring a brilliant team that delivers standout hospitality.
- Driving service standards, guest experience, and commercial performance.
- Working closely with the senior team on launch plans, training, and opening readiness.
- Creating a positive, fast-moving culture where people love to work and guests love to return.
- Keeping a close eye on people, product, process, and performance.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader.
- A natural people leader with a hands-on, can-do approach.
- Strong understanding of P&L, labour, service, and standards.
- Confident running busy, high-energy operations.
- Calm under pressure, organised, and full of ideas.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and memorable guest experiences.

Pay: Up to £60,000.00 per year
