Multi-Skilled Engineer / Water Hygiene Technician
Field Based Covering Various Sites Across The South of The UK.
Responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, fault finding, remedial work across a portfolio of commercial properties.
A good all rounded engineer, capable in turning their hands to other skills including plumbing, drainage and toilet blockages, and general fabric repairs.
Providing water treatment preventative maintenance to ensure customers remain fully complaint.
Working independently across multiple sites, the role ensures building services, plant, and equipment are maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory and company requirements. The role will provide a high standard of customer service, respond promptly to maintenance requests, complete accurate records of work undertaken, and contribute to the continuous improvement of property performance and client satisfaction
