We are looking for a male support worker who is a confident driver with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance. Driving is an essential part of this role as you will be supporting an individual both at home and within the local community.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your role will be guided by the person’s needs, preferences, and goals. Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care respectfully and safely
- Supporting with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, meals, and household tasks
- Administering medication as part of a personalised care plan
- Offering emotional support, companionship, and reassurance
- Encouraging independence wherever possible
- Reporting changes in the person’s wellbeing to the appropriate professionals
- Enabling meaningful activities at home and in the community
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Person‑centred, patient, and compassionate
- Able to communicate clearly and build trusting relationships
- Confident supporting individuals with a variety of care needs
Desirable experience includes:
Personal care, Dementia care, First aid, Medication administration, Assisted living, Hospice/end‑of‑life support
