Support Worker – Adult Services (CQC) - Male Applicants Only

£13.50 - £14.00 per hour (40 hours a week) plus sleep-ins paid at £70.00 per night.

The Role:
You will join a consistent team supporting adults within a structured residential setting.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills
- Promoting independence and personal choice
- Encouraging community engagement
- Following structured care plans and risk assessments
- Maintaining accurate, professional documentation
- Working collaboratively with families and external professionals
This role requires patience, emotional regulation and a respectful, person-centred approach.

Pay & Recognition:
- Up to £32,400 per annum (including sleep-ins)
