Job Title: Industrial Cleaning Operative
Location: Belfast (BT14)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (rotational shift pattern, Monday–Sunday)

The Role
This is a hands-on role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to carry out physically demanding work. You’ll be working across a range of industrial and construction sites, helping deliver high standards in fast-paced environments.
The role involves lifting, bending, carrying equipment, and being on your feet for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities
Industrial & Deep Cleaning
- Carry out thorough cleaning of industrial, commercial, and public areas
- Clean floors, machinery, washrooms, and high-level surfaces
- Use specialist equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
Builders’ Cleans / Post-Construction
- Remove dust, debris, paint, and construction materials
- Prepare sites to a high standard, ready for handover
- Work to deadlines while maintaining quality
Health & Safety
- Follow all COSHH, PPE, and site-specific requirements
- Maintain a safe working environment and report any issues
Equipment Use
- Operate machinery such as scrubber dryers, vacuums, and pressure washers
- Ensure equipment is used correctly and report faults promptly
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation skills
- Physically capable of carrying out the role
- Previous industrial cleaning experience
