Are you a caring, reliable, and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional overnight care to our residents/clients in a warm and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight support and supervision to elderly residents/clients
- Assist with personal care (toileting, repositioning, medication reminders, etc.)
- Ensure safety and comfort throughout the night
- Respond promptly to call bells or any needs during the shift
- Complete light housekeeping and documentation as needed
- Communicate effectively with daytime staff for smooth handovers
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in elderly or dementia care preferred (but not required)
- Empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care) are a plus

The position available is for 24 - 36 hours per week, split over 2/3 x 12-hour shifts.
