Laser Quest & Quiz Box Glasgow - Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable team members to join our team at Laser Quest & Quiz Box Glasgow!
We're a busy entertainment venue offering a range of experiences for all ages, including Laser Quest, children's and adult parties, our VR ride and our exciting Quiz Box experience.
This is a people-focused role where no two shifts are necessarily the same. You will be interacting with a wide range of customers, from young children and families to teenagers, adults and large groups celebrating special occasions.
What you will be doing:
- Welcoming customers and providing a friendly, fun experience.
- Running Laser Quest games and ensuring customers understand the rules.
- Hosting and assisting with birthday parties and celebrations.
- Operating our VR ride.
- Hosting our Quiz Box experience.
- Preparing and resetting party rooms between bookings.
- Serving drinks and snacks to customers.
- Keeping the venue clean, tidy and safe.
- Helping customers throughout their visit and dealing with any questions
- Working as part of a team to keep the venue running smoothly.
- Providing excellent customer service and helping make every visit memorable.
- Helping with general recepetion and day-today duties.

- Pervious customer service or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
Since we cater to all different age groups, we are looking for someone who can adapt their approach whether they are hosting a children's birthday party, welcoming a family, running a group of teenagers through Laser Quest or entertaining adults in Quiz Box.
This is a zero-hours position with flexible shifts, making it ideal for someone looking for flexible work alongside other commitments.
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 1.0 per week
