Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and reliable Part-Time Administrator & Data Entry Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role suited to someone who is detail-focused, organised, and confident working with computer systems and administrative tasks.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide administrative support across the business, helping to ensure our records, systems, and documentation are kept accurate and up to date.
You will be responsible for maintaining our CRM system, responding to customer enquiries, processing timesheets, and managing the recording of supplier invoices and receipts. The role will involve regular data entry and working across different areas of the business, so excellent organisation and attention to detail are essential.
This is a part-time position of up to 25 hours per week, with working hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update the company CRM system
- Respond to customer and general business enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collect employee timesheets and ensure they are submitted correctly
- Input timesheet data accurately onto the company system
- Collate supplier invoices and receipts and ensure all records are complete
- Input invoices, receipts, and other financial information onto the relevant systems
- Maintain accurate and organised digital and physical records
- Assist with general administration across the business
- Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports
- Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Ensure company information and records are kept accurate and up to date
- Identify and follow up on missing information or documentation where required
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- The ability to work confidently with databases and computerised systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is desirable
- Experience using CRM or business management systems is desirable
