Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ceramic Tiler to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or primers to ensure optimal tile adhesion.
- Cut tiles using hand tools and power tools to fit corners, edges, and intricate patterns as specified in project plans.
- Install tiles on floors, walls and other surfaces following safety standards and best practices.
- Apply grouts and sealants to complete the finished look while preventing moisture infiltration.
- Maintain a clean work environment by removing debris and organizing tools throughout the project duration.
- Collaborate with carpenters, painters, and other tradespeople to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a focus on tiling or related trades.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, chisels, cutters, and levels; experience with power tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret project specifications and follow detailed instructions meticulously.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and physical stamina to perform demanding tasks efficiently.
