Job Summary
We are seeking TWO passionate and dedicated and qualified Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of each child while ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work full time Mondays to Fridays.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote learning through play.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's development.
- Manage room activities and maintain an organised, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting learning strategies as necessary.
- Drive initiatives that encourage children’s curiosity and creativity within the nursery setting.
- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive approach to early childhood education.
- Uphold high standards of childcare practices in line with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience working with children within nursery or early childhood education settings.
- Strong leadership skills to guide junior staff members effectively.
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, safeguarding policies, and early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare).
- Ability to demonstrate organisational skills and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment

Pay: £29,000.00-£29,700.00 per year
