We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing specialised drinks
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is advantageous
- Barista experience is a plus but not essential; training can be provided
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends if required
