We're currently recruiting Bank Community Care Workers / Support Staff to join our friendly and supportive team in Cardiff. This role offers the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your availability while providing rewarding work that helps people remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Bank Community Care Worker, you'll support individuals with a variety of daily tasks, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care with dignity, compassion, and respect
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities
- Assisting with community access, appointments, and social activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle for work purposes
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexible availability to work bank shifts
Experience
Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to successful candidates.
