Shape the Next Generation of Engineers
Are you an experienced engineer looking to pass on your skills, or an educator passionate about hands-on technical training? Join us to inspire and develop the future workforce.
In this role, you will lead, mentor, and shape learners across our Level 2 and Level 3 Engineering Apprenticeship programmes. What You Will Do (The Impact)
- Inspire & Deliver: Lead creative, high-quality practical training across manual lathes, CNC machining, and milling operations.
- Develop Core Skills: Guide Level 2 learners through foundational engineering skills and help Level 3 apprentices master advanced technical competencies.
- Mentor Future Talent: Support apprentices as they build both technical machinery skills and workplace confidence.
- Partner with Industry: Collaborate directly with local employers to design and track learning plans that support timely qualification.
- Track Success: Conduct rewarding progress reviews, set SMART goals, and manage digital portfolios via OneFile to ensure learner milestones are met.
- Champion Safety & Values: Maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment that promotes professional standards, teamwork, and core community values.
