Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong rapport with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques, and products to enhance service quality.
- Promote additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with relevant certifications.
- Skills in massage techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Ability to listen carefully to clients’ needs and provide customised treatments accordingly.
- Organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
