White Sage Health and Beauty is a modern, welcoming salon in the heart of Princes Risborough, dedicated to delivering high-quality treatments with a holistic, client-focused approach. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our friendly and professional team.
About the Role:
As a Beauty Therapist at White Sage Health and Beauty, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of beauty treatments to a high standard, building rapport with clients, and contributing to a relaxing and professional environment.
Treatments We Offer:
- Advanced Facials (including microdermabrasion, LED, and peels)
- Waxing (including intimate waxing)
- Massage Therapy (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone)
- Manicures & Pedicures (using premium brands)
- Lash & Brow Treatments (including tinting, shaping, lash lifts)
- Spray Tanning
- Body Treatments (including cellulite reduction and body contouring)
- IPL & Laser Treatments (training provided if required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalised treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to salon standards
- Conduct thorough consultations and maintain client records
- Recommend products and aftercare advice
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused atmosphere
- Stay updated with industry trends and training
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ salon experience preferred
- Skilled in facials, massage, waxing, nails, and lash/brow treatments
- Friendly, reliable, and well-presented with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about skincare and client wellbeing
- Laser/IPL experience is a plus, but training can be provided
