We are seeking a dedicated Exterior Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of clients’ properties by performing outdoor cleaning tasks. Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the exterior surfaces of buildings, including windows, walls, driveways, patios, and gutters
- Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, brushes, and ladders safely and effectively
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard while adhering to safety guidelines
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage scheduling and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good condition and report any repairs needed
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times during outdoor work environments
Skills
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive company vehicles when required
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform outdoor cleaning tasks in various weather conditions
- Organised approach to managing tasks efficiently and prioritising workload
