We are a large format print and signage company looking for an experienced Senior Print Finisher to join our production team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in the quality of their work and understands the standards needed to deliver high-end print, signage, display and installation-ready projects.
The ideal candidate will have a very high standard of finishing and good experience across large format print production. They should be confident with acrylic face mounts, wrap-mounted panels using mounting rollers, laminating, trimming, vinyl application and working with a range of materials and substrates. Experience using digital cutting tables such as JWEI, Zund or similar equipment would be a strong advantage.
Key responsibilities
· Finish large format print and signage projects to a consistently high standard.
· Mount, laminate, trim, wrap and prepare panels, graphics and display items.
· Produce acrylic face mounts and other high-quality presentation finishes.
· Operate and maintain finishing equipment, including rollers and digital cutting tables.
· Check completed work carefully against job specifications before it leaves production.
· Work with the production team to keep jobs moving and meet agreed deadlines.
· Support a clean, organised and safe working environment.
What we are looking for
· Previous experience in large format print finishing or signage production.
· A strong eye for detail and a genuine pride in producing quality work.
· Good practical skills and confidence using workshop tools and finishing equipment.
· Experience with acrylic, vinyl, composite panels and other common signage materials.
· The ability to work under pressure without letting standards drop.
· A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.
· A willingness to grow with the role and take on management responsibilities when the right situations arise.
