Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Handle special cleaning requests such as deep cleans or specific areas like kitchens and bathrooms
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in every task undertaken
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and requirements
- Manage your own schedule to ensure timely service delivery across multiple locations
- Keep detailed records of completed jobs and any client feedback or special instructions
Experience
- Previous domestic or commercial cleaning experience preferred, with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and reliability
- Familiarity with using various cleaning tools, products, and equipment safely and effectively
Requirements
- Self employed or willing to become self employed. Dont worry this is something we can help you with.
- Must Drive preferably
- Must have own equipment and chemicals
- Public liability insurance preferred but not a must
- DBS or willing to obtain one.
- Access to a smartphone with internet
