We are looking for a candidate who is interested in working with children, you must be caring, understanding, flexible and able to motivate children. You must be a confident individual who can follow setting policies and procedures. Encourage children to develop and value understanding of all persons regardless of race, gender, disability and culture. Able to work as part of a team and on your own under supervision
Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Understanding of play based approach to children’s learning and development
An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Knowledge of child protection procedures
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team
Term Time only - full time and part time posts available
EMPLOYMENT IS SUBJECT TO TWO SATISFACTORY REFERENCES AND A DBS CHECK
Pay: £12.71-£13.21 per hour
