We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fitness Instructor to join our Leisure Team at Warner Hotels. As a Fitness Instructor, you will provide a programme of activities to improve the health and wellbeing of the club's members and guests.
Ensuring the day to day safe and effective operation of the fitness areas in relation to Health and Safety protocol, you will deliver a high standard of guest service.
You will have the opportunity to teach classes and deliver personal training sessions.

What are we looking for?
- Enthusiastic individuals, who have a genuine passion for leisure.
- Great customer service skills.
- Able to pick up new skills quickly.
- Someone who will engage with the guests and host activities to ensure guests can enjoy their holiday to the full.
What skills do I need?
- NVQ Level 2 fitness qualification
- NVQ Level 3 personal trainer qualification
- Experience of working in a gym
- National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) an advantage but not essential – Full training available.
- Able to work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
- Able to ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy
