Job Description
Due to the rapid growth of a new contract, we are urgently recruiting a Collection Driver based at our Leeds depot. This role involves afternoon starts and nationwide collections, working as part of a supportive and professional driving team.
Start times: Between 14:00 and 16:00, 5 over 7.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily vehicle and safety checks
- Complete collections across England
- Build and maintain strong relationships with collection points
- Use a handheld EPOD system for deliveries and collections
- Represent Run It Cool professionally at all times
What We Are Looking For
- Full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure collections are completed on time and in line with customer standards
- Flexible approach to working hours, including rotational weekend work
- Team player willing to support other drivers to balance workloads
Job Specifics
- Shift pattern: 4 or 5 shifts over 6 days
- Weekend work: Required
Must Haves
- No more than 3 penalty points
- No DR / DG / DD / IN convictions
- Minimum 2 years’ commercial driving experience
