Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Crew Members / Cafe Baristas to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service, preparing a variety of food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers and monitoring/ensuring park rules are being followed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, along with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including speciality coffees, teas.
- Assist in food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, and other light snacks.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all operations.
- Serve customers promptly with friendly and professional service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system.
- Keep the café area clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure swift service delivery.
- To be able to marshal park rules to customers of all ages
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Pay: £8.44-£12.71 per hour
