As a Production Team Leader you will be the liaison between the Colleagues on the plant floor and the Production Leader. You will support the Production Team in delivering an ever-improving customer service experience to our clients. You will coach and motivate colleagues to ensure they are working to the correct procedures regarding Health & Safety, machinery and productivity.

Shift 2 - Tuesday- Saturday 15.00-23.30
Shift 3 - Friday- Saturday 06.30-15.00 & Sunday- Monday- Tuesday 15.00-23.30
Responsibilities of a Production Team Leader:
Record productivity by task and/or machine by hour and feedback results to operators and Production Leader.
Report machine failings to Engineering Team.
Give feedback / Discuss concerns on work performance; good and opportunities, on all colleagues to Shift Manager to discuss further with colleagues.
Attend Daily Production Meeting and support Production Leader in delivery of meeting.
Coach and motivate colleagues.
Support the Shift Manager in delivery of training as required.
Assist the Production Manager in sourcing resource to cover AL and be available to work from on-site premises to cover AL or absence.
Running the shift with fellow team leaders, when Shift Managers are out of office
Requirements of a Production Team Leader:
Good standard of English
