Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Wall and Floor Tilers to join our growing team. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for installing, various types of tiles to walls and floors across various residential and commercial projects. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of tiling techniques to ensure high-quality finishes that meet client specifications and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and applying appropriate substrates before tiling
- Measuring and marking out areas according to schematics and project plans
- Cutting tiles accurately using hand tools and power tools to fit designated spaces
- Applying adhesives, grouts, and sealants with precision to ensure durable finishes
- Laying tiles in accordance with design specifications, ensuring alignment and levelness
- Polite and punctuality at all times
- Inspecting finished work for quality control, making adjustments as necessary
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during the installation process
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in tiling on walls and floors within the construction industry
- Proficiency in tiling with Porcelain, Ceramic and Stone tiles of all formats
- Must have own tools 110v or Battery
- Knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans
- Full understanding of English both written and spoken
- Ability to interpret technical instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving precise finishes
- Relevant qualifications or apprenticeships in construction or tiling are preferred but not essential. CSCS cards ARE essential

Pay
- Both price work and day rates where applicable.
