Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their enquiries promptly and professionally
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs to provide tailored solutions and support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM system
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional support or services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively
- Promote company services and products where appropriate, enhancing client engagement
- Organise meetings or calls with clients to strengthen relationships and gather valuable insights
- Assist in the development of customer retention strategies to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or relationship management is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential
- A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to assist clients effectively
