Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow from food preparation to serving guests.
- Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance on food production, cooking techniques, and customer service standards.
- Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high-quality service levels.
- Support food preparation activities, including cooking, plating, and ensuring consistency in presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with safety standards.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong background in food production, cooking, and food preparation techniques.
- Experience in managing restaurant operations or kitchen teams with leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a culinary environment.
- Familiarity with bartending or barista duties is a plus to support diverse service needs.
- Previous restaurant experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and team cohesion.
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
