Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Heating Engineer / Plumber to join our team.
The Role
The successful candidate will undertake a variety of heating and plumbing works across domestic and commercial properties, including servicing, repairs, installations, and reactive maintenance.
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong technical ability, excellent fault-finding skills, and a professional approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Boiler servicing, repairs, and installations
- Heating system fault finding and diagnostics
- Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s)
- Installation and maintenance of radiators, pipework, and hot water systems
- General plumbing repairs and maintenance
- First and second fix plumbing and heating works
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Working in occupied and void properties
- Completion of certification and job records
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining compliance with Gas Safe and health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Current Gas Safe Registration (essential)
- ACS Qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT and CPA1
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in heating and plumbing maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
Salary & Benefits
- £32,000 – £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
