We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the premises.
Saturday/Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm
Wednesday 5:00pm-7:00pm
10 hours per week
Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise washrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls as needed
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
