About the Role – Operations Administrator
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised part time Operations Administrator to support our busy Operations Team. This is a key operational role within our business, ensuring that all elements of our training delivery run smoothly and professionally.
With training courses running daily at our headquarters and across the country, your role will be vital in making sure everything is in place. From preparing materials to issuing certificates ensuring our high standards are maintained at every stage.
The role is ideally suited to someone looking for part time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 2:00PM. However, for the right candidate, we’re happy to discuss and offer some flexibility around working hours although the days are Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute training pack materials to trainers ahead of each course, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Manage post course administration, including processing and submitting course paperwork.
- Generate and distribute certificates for both internal and external Awarding Bodies.
- Maintain accurate records of course completions, certifications, and registrations.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and trainers to ensure seamless course coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the wider Operations team as required.
Key Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work well across teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.

Salary
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
