Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
- Promote additional services such as warranties or financing options.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in car sales or automotive retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- B2B sales experience is highly desirable.
- A professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.
