- Assist the General Manager in supervising daily restaurant operations, including service flow, food preparation, and cleanliness standards

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and food production procedures to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance to foster a productive work environment
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and fostering positive relationships
- Support training initiatives on hospitality best practices, food safety protocols, and service excellence
Requirements
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations applicable to restaurant operations
- Experience in restaurant service roles such as serving or barista work is essential
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
