Pathway Lead – East
Primary Location: Lime Grove Cottage, Lowton
Hours: 39 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £54,725.67 - £61,390.82 per annum
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our leadership team within Pathways East.
The Pathway Lead is a pivotal role providing senior operational and quality leadership across our Pathway services, ensuring exceptional standards of care and compliance.
Working closely with the Head of Pathways, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering services that are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
Key Responsibilities
Hold the registration for our Children’s residential service within the Pathway – Lime Grove Cottage
Provide leadership and oversight across other designated Pathway services – The Orchards and Lime House
Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety and outcomes
Ensure compliance with:
CQC Single Assessment Framework
Ofsted Social Care Common Inspection Framework
Statutory safeguarding requirements
Local authority commissioning standards
Champion a positive culture focused on high-quality care and strong outcomes for service users
About You
We are looking for a strong and inspirational leader who:
Has significant experience in children’s social care or regulated services
Has a proven track record in leadership, service delivery, and quality improvement
Demonstrates strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CQC / Ofsted)
Is passionate about delivering outstanding care and outcomes
Can effectively lead, motivate, and develop teams
