Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities according to established standards
- Change bed linens, towels, and organise supplies as needed
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness
- Restock toiletries, amenities, and other supplies in guest rooms and communal areas
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning routines
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with laundry duties when required
- Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team setting
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which involve standing for long periods, lifting, and bending
- A positive attitude and professional demeanour are essential
