Office Administrator / Compliance Assistant
Due to All Seasons' continued growth, we are looking for an organised Office Administrator / Compliance Assistant to join our team at our Dartford depot. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Salary Negotiable depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain site safety documentation (RAMS, toolbox talks, inspection reports, HAV monitoring). Compile and issue weekly compliance packs. Process supplier invoices and delivery notes. Support procurement and general office administration. Liaise with site teams and suppliers to ensure compliance deadlines are met.
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Confident using Microsoft software’s. Good written and verbal communication. Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Construction or compliance admin experience desirable but not essential.
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration : 1 year (preferred)
